Read & Agree to the Terms & Conditions
Finalize your payment details
***NOTICE: The final step to finalize your membership in the next step is for us to charge the initiation fee & for you to sign the agreement. Once we have collected both, your membership will be promptly activated.
STEP 3: FINALIZE YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Once we receive your application for a New Membership, our team will review it and once approved, we will charge the $199 initiation fee and moments later, our team will send over a copy of the agreement for you to sign.
Once signed, your agreement will be activated effective immedately.
