5. Tee Time Cancellation & Modification Policy

To ensure all guests have the best possible opportunity to enjoy the course, all scheduled tee times are subject to the following policies.

Standard Cancellations

Tee times must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to cancellation fees or charges to the card on file.

No-shows may automatically result in charges.

Group Size Adjustments

Player count reductions must be communicated to the Pro Shop at least 6 hours before the scheduled tee time.

Failure to update group size within this timeframe may result in No-Show fees for absent players.

Inclement Weather Exceptions

On days designated by the Pro Shop as Inclement Weather Days:

Tee times may be cancelled or adjusted up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.

If the course closes due to lightning or unsafe conditions, fees may be waived or refunded.

6. Golf Cart Usage & Rental Policy

Standard Cart Allocation

Tee times are limited to a maximum of two carts per foursome or one cart per twosome.

Players are expected to share carts within their group.

Extra Cart Requests

Subject to availability:

9-Hole Extra Cart Fee: $15.00

18-Hole Extra Cart Fee: $25.00

Fleet Capacity Restrictions

When cart inventory reaches operational minimum thresholds:

Additional cart requests may be denied.

Players may be required to pair up with two riders per cart.

General Cart Rules

Drivers must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

All course signage and cart restrictions must be followed.

Carts must remain on paths near tees and greens.

Carts must stay out of native areas.

7. Tee Time Arrival Policy

To maintain pace of play and ensure a smooth experience:

Golfers must check in at the Pro Shop and be prepared for play at least 10 minutes before their scheduled tee time.

Late arrivals are not guaranteed their reserved tee time.

Staff may attempt to accommodate missed tee times based on availability, but course access is not guaranteed.

8. Membership Terms & Billing Disclosure

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Membership Term & Renewal

Membership begins on the purchase date and continues through March 31, 2027.

Memberships automatically renew annually on April 1 unless canceled in writing.

Management reserves the right to adjust fees and dues with prior written or electronic notice.

Non-Renewal Requirements

Written notice of non-renewal must be submitted by February 28 for cancellation effective April 1.

Failure to provide notice by February 28 results in automatic renewal.

Financial Responsibility

Members remain responsible for all agreed payments regardless of:

Failure to use club facilities

Voluntary discontinuation of use

Failure to submit cancellation notice

Early Termination Policy

Early termination requests may only be approved for:

Relocation outside a 20-mile radius (documentation required)

Illness or injury preventing play (documentation required)

Loss of income (documentation required)

If documentation cannot be provided, cancellation fees may apply at management’s discretion.

Recurring Billing Authorization

By purchasing a membership:

You authorize recurring monthly billing charges.

Monthly dues are charged on the 5th of each month until cancellation.

Payments are non-refundable.

Membership agreements may be sent separately via email.

Initiation Fee

A one-time $199 initiation fee may be charged unless waived by promotion.
