Terms + Conditions

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, facilities, memberships, reservations, and services provided by Vanguard Ranches Golf Course, LLC, doing business as The Ranches Golf Club (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using our services, booking tee times, purchasing memberships, or opting into communications, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You agree to:

Provide accurate information

Use services lawfully

Follow all posted course and facility rules

Respect staff, guests, and property

We reserve the right to deny service or revoke privileges for violations of these Terms.

2. Tee Time Policies

Cancellation Policy

Tee times must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Late cancellations may incur fees.

No-shows may automatically result in charges.

Group Modifications

Group size reductions must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled tee time.

Missing players may result in No-Show charges.

Inclement Weather Policy

On designated Inclement Weather Days:

Tee times may be adjusted or cancelled up to 2 hours before play without penalty.

Fees may be waived or refunded if the course closes due to unsafe conditions.

3. Tee Time Arrival Requirements

Players must check in at least 10 minutes before their scheduled tee time.

Late arrivals are not guaranteed course access or their reserved tee time.

4. Golf Cart Policies

Cart Sharing Requirements

Tee times are limited to two carts per foursome or one cart per twosome.

Players may be required to share carts.

Extra Cart Fees

Subject to availability:

9-Hole Extra Cart Fee: $15.00

18-Hole Extra Cart Fee: $25.00

Cart Restrictions

Drivers must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Players must follow all posted cart rules and signage.

Extra cart requests may be denied based on fleet availability.

5. Membership Terms

Membership Duration & Renewal

Membership begins on purchase date and continues through March 31, 2027.

Memberships renew automatically each April 1 unless canceled in writing before February 28.

Fee Changes

Management reserves the right to increase dues or fees for future membership periods with prior written or electronic notice.

Cancellation & Non-Renewal

Written notice of cancellation must be submitted by February 28.

Failure to provide notice results in automatic renewal for an additional term.

Early Termination

Early termination requests require supporting documentation and may only be considered for:

Relocation outside the approved service radius

Medical hardship

Verified loss of income

Cancellation fees may apply.

Recurring Billing Authorization

By purchasing a membership:

You authorize recurring monthly charges on the 5th of each month.

Payments are non-refundable.

Membership contracts may be sent separately via email.

Initiation Fees

A non-refundable initiation fee of $199 may apply unless waived by promotion.

6. A2P SMS Messaging Terms

By opting into SMS communications, you agree to participate in our A2P messaging program.

You may receive:

Tee time reminders

Reservation confirmations

Event updates

Membership notices

Customer support communications

Promotional offers

Message frequency may vary.

Opt-In Consent

You may opt in through:

Website forms

Event registrations

Membership applications

Written or verbal consent

Opt-Out Instructions

You may rejoin by:

Message and data rates may apply.

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS Privacy Statement

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data for marketing purposes.

SMS consent information is only shared with service providers necessary for message delivery.

7. Payments & Refunds

All payments are subject to applicable fees, taxes, and policies disclosed at purchase.

Refunds are subject to management discretion unless otherwise required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Use of facilities and services is at your own risk.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website or reservation system availability.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, and materials are owned by Vanguard Ranches Golf Course, LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Compliance Statement

We operate in compliance with:

TCPA regulations

CTIA messaging standards

Applicable consumer protection laws

Applicable recurring billing and electronic communications laws

11. Legal Compliance Notice

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
