ACH Payment Steps

Step 1

Start by logging into your membership on our website. www.theranchesgolfclub.com

Select ‘Tee Times’ on the home page and then ‘Log In’ in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 2

Enter your email address and password to log into your account. Make sure you are using the same email that is attached to your account. If you have never logged into your account online, please email [email protected] to enable your online account and receive a temporary password.

Step 3

Once you have logged in you will need to select ‘Billing’ on the left hand side of the screen. Under ‘Billing’ you will then choose ‘Manage Payment Methods’. On the upper right hand side of the page you will select ‘Add Payment Method’.

Step 4

After selecting ‘Add Payment Method’ you will see this pop up. Check mark the box and click ‘Agree & Continue’.

Step 5

Next, you will need to search for your bank or credit union. You can select from the options listed. If you do not see your bank, type the name of your institution in the search bar.

Step 6

Once you have selected your bank you will need to verify your account. This is done to ensure no one is adding your account information without your authorization.

Instant Account Verification can be done if you have access to online or mobile banking. You will need to enter the same username and password that is used to log into your bank. This is NOT the same as your GreatLIFE Membership login information.
Micro Deposit Verification requires your checking or savings account number and your bank’s routing number. You will see two small deposits in your account (typically under 20 cents each). The exact amounts need to be verified for your ACH to become active.

Complete Micro-Deposit Verification

To find the exact amount of your micro-deposits you can log into your bank account online. If you do not have online banking you will need to contact your bank or financial institution. Once you have the micro deposit amounts you will follow Steps 1-3 but stop before selecting ‘Add Payment Method’. Under your bank account information, you will see an option to verify your micro-deposits. Follow the instructions provided and enter the exact amount. You will receive a prompt that lets you know it has been completed.
